Most in-stock tool items ship the same business day or next business day. Orders are pulled, verified, packed, and handed off to the carrier as quickly as possible.
Glass orders that ship via motor freight require additional processing time to build protective crates. We use D&L’s tee-pee crating system to help ensure a safe trip.
Shipping charges are based on product weight and size plus the distance from Denver, CO. Final cost depends on the number and dimensions of the box(es) required to ship your order safely and the carrier’s actual rate at the time of shipment.
At checkout you’ll see the Product Total only. Taxes and shipping are calculated after packing. For glass shipments, any boxing/crating/pallet fees are also added after packing and will appear on your final invoice.
If you need a shipping estimate before we ship, we can provide one on request. Requesting an estimate may delay your order.
