• Safety first:
  • Wear closed toed shoes to protect your feet.
  • If you have gloves and safety glasses bring them or borrow ours.
  • Clothing should protect your arms and legs.
  • If someone is picking up your glass for you (especially for the first time) please make sure they are aware of our policies.
• When you visit, we encourage you to hand–select your glass. This activity (especially for the first time) is very fun and very time consuming. Please be ready to check out by 4:30 pm. This will permit you enough time to be invoiced and give you time to loaded your vehicle by 5:00 pm. If you would like us to pull your items prior to your arrival, please email, fax, or phone in your order with adequate time to be processed.
• If you choose to have our staff crate and load your glass, please have you order finalized by 3:00 pm. This allows our staff enough time to handle your selections carefully and have your vehicle loaded and ready to go by 5:00 pm.
  Options:

  1. We will gladly crate your glass selections for you and load the crate into your pickup truck using a forklift. This is the safest method for your purchases. Crate/packing fee is $31.00 per standard size crate used.
  2. To avoid a crating fee, you may bring your own containers and slip sheets so you can pack and load your own glass. D&L staff is prohibited from packing or loading any un-crated glass into any vehicle.
• Your selections leave our warehouse in good condition. Remember: you assume all risk of loss or damage to your purchases and your vehicle.
• D&L does not credit returned UPS boxes, zinc or lead cases, or glass crates.
• Make sure your vehicle can accommodate your purchases safely.
