This user-friendly, powerful saw has a throat depth of 5-5/8 inch which allows you to cut fused art glass and borosilicate glass easily. The 1/5 Horse Power motor and long lasting blade will cut a piece of glass up tp 1-1/2 inches thick. The Taurus 3 comes with one standard grit blade (5-3/4 inch). The blade cuts in all directions and even grinds as it cuts creating smooth edges which require little or no additional grinding. Also included instructional DVD and blade stabilizer.
